The local rental shops around here in Ct won't rent out to anyone in less than a 3/4 ton with a 2" reciever hitch. to many lawsuits. the place near me rented a small kubota tractor with a trailer to a guy with a half ton ford, and the moron, lost control, the tractor ended up on the hood of someones car, and the guy rolled his truck, he sued and won. The court decided the rental shop should have known better. what a crock.
