They may not burn out BUT they just won`t pull. A 410 locked out of OD I don`t think will go over 60 MPH on the flat?? To haul a little trailer in the flatlands only takes a slant 6 auto. For the kind of money they get for a truck I agree--- why have to lock it out of anything. Seasons Greatings GB
