The real problem lies in the inability of our government to stem the flow of people into our country.When California gets filled up it spills out the overfill through out the country and the rest of us suffer the results.Empty country should be considered a treasure and everyone attempting to cross the border, should be required to fill out an Enviromental Impact Statement. Thank God that Montana is blessed with 40 below temperatures or there would be ten times the population here.
