im doing a power steering conversion in my 3/4 ton command car. i need to cut my steering tube / shaft at the box in order to hook the inner shaft to the unversal joint. i'd rather not cut my steering gear as its a good orig unit that i could reinstall at a later date. does anyone here have a 3/4 steering gear assembly that they'd sell me? all i need is the tube and shaft above cut above the box. a ffpw setup is different and wont allow me to install the stock wheel. any help? john bizal (midwest military) said that he will look for me at his yard, but if i can get it here, it would save him from leaving his biz to help me out. he's a great resource for dodge stuff.
