Visiting with the old timers has to be one of my favorite past-times, especially when I can combine it with PowerWagons. I was having trouble with the rear axle (Spicer) on my '59 PJ. I called a fellow I knew from church. Don't know how old he was, but plenty old. I knew he loved old trucks cause he always asked about mine. He came right over and we had the axle apart in a jiffy. About six weeks later he died. His wife called to thank me for having him over. Seems it was most fun he'd had in a long time. I highly recommend inviting the old timers over to help on your truck projects. You just might make their day, and yours too.
