About an hour ago we had a 4.5 Magnitude earthquake about 30 miles west of Richmond - (about 10 miles from home). Knocked some things off of some shelves, but no known major damage.

This is the second "major" one we've had this year. We had a 2.5 +/- just a few months ago!

I don't see how you folks in the west put up with these things all the time ... the ground isn't supposed to move - I'm only used to bouncing around like that in the truck!

The dog is still trying to figure out what happened.
