Install. I used the Series 352 PTO, 318 engine, Hydraulic Bell House. Clearence was not a problem.

Iam going to change my phone number, Chris ha ha ha.

You are aware that the Series 352 has a 1.250" output shaft, which means you will need a new U joint at the PTO end of the winch drive shaft as the original PTO winch shaft universal U Joint was 1.000" for the older PTO's.
