engine studs vs. stud removal

Im doing the thinking part BEFORE i install a helitool PS setup in my wc 3/4 dodge. the pump bracket uses three head bolts - replaced with longer - to mount the pump. on my truck with a rebuilt engine / studs were utilized. how can i remove the three studs without removing the head? Any ideas?
