I recently purchased a used, out-of-state '03. I went that way to get the HO in California, plus saved a pile of money buying a very low mileage (5K) used truck.
I couldn't agree more about the adjustable pedals. An added reason is that Valerie can drive on trips and not be snugged up against the steering wheel and the air bag. Bring the pedals up, move the seat back....taa daaa.
