That's because power brakes and steering are standard and cannot be deleted, as may be the case with the adjustable pedals. You have a lot more flexibiity with a saleman, WARNING!!!, do not talk to just any salesman, talk to a fleet sales rep. They do not work on a commission and will take the time to show you the options without the sales tactic pressures. Another option is to go to a specific dealers, fleet internet sales and e-mail a rep for information. They will usually spend the time to accomodate your wish list, if they won't, move on to the next dealer website.
The Dodge website is pretty cool to play with but it is only a guide.
