That truck is in fantastic condition. It truck appears to be the equivalent of the Dodge WD-21 (1-ton truck with 9-foot box).
My VD-21 had similar chute on the driver's side of the box, and it was also used to haul grain. My VD-21 also had a PTO driven fan that was used to blow grain up into grain bins. Does your truck have a PTO driven blower on it?
