Temp Sender cross to Ohms

I need to find a electric temp sender 1/2 MPT
that has a resistance value of 1000 ohms cold and 50 ohms hot(212 degrees)full scale.

The car parts stores look at you funny as they dont have a clue unless you tell them a make and model.

Does anyone have a book showing temp senders verus resistance readings.
