Go back to the place you got your paint and tell them what temp you are painting in. The hardeners do differ for temps. Also try a little less reducer it wont hurt using less as it makes the paint thinner and prone to run more. Also I'm not sure what sear paint gun you have but it should have an adjustment for the amount of paint and air on it.
You will have to sand out the runs and try it again. You have a certain amount of hours you can recoat usually 24 before having to have to scuff the paint so another coat will stick to the first. A scotch brite pad works well in this case for time passed. Make susre you wipe it all down with a tack cloth and an approved degreaser for the type of paint you will be using ask the paint dealer.
