Tell him he has a choice. Come and get it or you will start charging a storage fee you have had it for long enough since you sold it and have given him more than enough time to pick it up. It is totally reasonable. Hope you have the purchase money in hand at this point. Tell him that you will either cover it with a tarp and let it be buried in snow and he will have to pay to have it unburied if it needs it when the shipper comes. Or for an additional fee you will keep the snow clear. He should be responsible for all expenses related to shipping the truck and be responsible if the shipper can not get to your place. Meanwhile the clock is ticking and the charges are starting. I would make it very clear to the buyer that he has X number of days to pick it up and after that you will start charging.
