Whats wrong with sand if you don't breath the dust? Thats why they call it sandblasting???? I use Black beauty myself which is a slag product like Paul said, as long as you don't breath the dust who cares what you use. I usually leave the original olive drab on there anyway, it's got plenty of lead in it so it won't rust. Ha ha!.
