'63 Town Wagon VIN location ?

Either my eyes are worse than I thought, or I'm looking in the wrong place, but I can't seem to find the VIN on my '63 Townie. I looked on the data plate and SERT, but didn't see the VIN. The bottom of the SERT is torn off.

Any hints?
