Ok, who said to pry the tabs? There went another knuckle!!! Paul's suggestion to hook the wire from the horn to positive and ground the horn. This does make the horns work!!! Now to the relay. I opened it up. The middle wire (1) goes to the center of a coil. The second wire (2) goes to the coil wire. The third wire (3) goes to a terminal that goes to a switch that looks similar to points in the distributor.
I think (1) goes directly to power. Which of the other wires goes to the switch? and what about the other?
