I highly recommend shopping and advertising in the POWER WAGON ADVERTISER. This great pperiodical is published by a real Power Wagon guy(he has really old gear oil in his veins) for the rest of us Power Wagon guys and gals. When someone visits my collection, I show them the ADVERTISER so they can see that I have access to the expertise of true Power Wagon enthusiasts in the areas of maintenance and in the highly important area of determining the honest VALUE of my trucks. The VALUE is what it is worth to knowledgeable Power Wagon folks. PRICE is what is asked by speculators who are trying to make a fast buck from folks who don't have this expertise available. The only bad buy I ever made was from a speculator who advertised in "... Motor News" before I saw the ADVERTISER or went to any Power Wagon events. This is no reflection on that worthwhile publication. It just serves to prove that we are better off buying and selling parts and vehicles within the Power Wagon family. Joe's Forum is a great place for new folks to start asking Power Wagon questions, and the ADVERTISER is a great place to get the answers. It is a lot harder to bamboozle someone who knows enough about Power wagons to be an ADVERTISER subscriber.
