I converted my 74 3/4 ton to rear disk and used a "Mico-Lock" in line for the E-brake. It seems to work pretty good but you cant trust it for extended periods of time. If the brakes are hot when you park it they will hold for approximatly 20 minutes or until the brake fluid cools down enough to contract and lose pressure. If the brakes are cold when the E-brake is applied it will hold for days. "Mico-Locks" can be found on many forklifts and other similar machinery such as some tow trucks. Try truck junkyards or truck and machinery parts stores.
