I converted my M37 to a 265 Chrysler Industrial by welding tabs to ends of the 230 dodge front engine mount bracket. Just extended the bracket 2" forward and then used a shorter fan spacer. Had to take about 1/2" out of the fan shroud at the bottom to clear the crank pulley. Pretty simple. Not sure how the PW mounts, but ought to be about the same. BOB
