since you say it is in the driveline, we are forced to ignore wheel imbalance issues. so we will for the moment.
check for looseness in universal joints and slip joints. if it has lockouts, run it with the hubs locked out, then in. does the change make a difference? try removing the rear driveshaft and running it on the front axle only. did the vibration go away? does it vibrate while accelerating, decelerating, or only in between? visual inspection and a process of elimination will find your answer.
