Congratulations on owning a Power Wagon in Australia. The 4.3 diff is probably from some rare old Dodge 2WD truck, another will be hard to find. The PW only came with 4.89s and 5.83s. By the way, I've done two diesel conversions on old Dodges, a 48 B1PW and 52 M37. A 14BT 3.7L with attached 5 or 5X2 spd gearbox from a heavier type Dyna might work, or else an Isuzu 4BD1 or 4BD1T.
