Need specs for setting lash on a 251 cold

I would like to set the lash on my '68 WM300 cold. This always worked great on my race cars and it is a heck of a lot easier than setting it hot. So, if anyone can post or send me the cold lash specs I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Andy Tierney
