It was doing it before the pcv change. Thats why I changed it thinking I had a crankcase pressure problem. There's no way a head on a Mopar can fill up on oil. Theres a passage the size of a quarter around each push rod draining down into the valley. Not like a GM or Ford where theres a small drain hole due to water passage around intake valve area of the head.

You can take the oil cap off and watch things run. The rockers are getting a nice oil. Too much blow by can cause the oil to belch or too much crankcase pressure due to a faulty PCV system.

It is RPM related. The faster you run the engine the more oil it belchs out. I have too much crankcase pressure which tells me it has weak rings. But if I had weak rings I should be burning oil with blue smoke out the tailpipe and I doubt I would run 19 on my vacuum gauge at idle. Other then opened the air cleaner and seeing the oil you have no indication anywhere else that the engine has a problem. Its just really odd.
