I lived in a single wide trailer with my first wife for about 7 years and she got it and the land. Then I re/married got another single wide and live in that for 9 years on 5 acres. That investment is what allowed me to get our 40 acs and a new stick built home, 2 shops and 2 barns all new. Best investment I ever made was buying that 5 acres fixing it up to re/sell to get my place now. Mark H.
