I painted my 1960 IH using ZeroRust. It's a truck and I had no intention of doing bodywork . There was a large amount of surface rust. I power sanded the entire surface to both remove any loose rust and to roughen the existing paint. Used their PrepStep and then sprayed on the ZeroRust. I used a gallon of the green with a quart of black mixed in to darken it up. What I mixed I would describe as a Forest Green. The green out of the can is like JD green.

I used the rest of the gallon of black on the underside and still have more to do.

The resulting surface is semi-flat and is *claimed* to be a rather tough paint. Time will tell.

Cost was less than $100 for the two gallons of paint, a few ounces of the prep(it goes a long way), and a gallon of thinner for clean-up.
