This looks like a 4 door pickup. A friend of mine has a 73 I-H Travelette and it looks like a Travelall with the back moved up behind the rear seat and a small pickup area. If he didn't live so far away I would include a picture . There is no gap between the passenger area and the pickup area. My two-bits worth.
