There is very little chance you will find one of the correct PS setups.
This was a VERY rare option on the 57-60 Dodge trucks, and I know of about 10 setups in the country.
To give some perspective on what I have seen, let me say that I have taken parts off of 15-20 1957-60 trucks in the past two weeks, and all of those were manual steering.
Plus I have looked over hundreds of other 57-60 trucks in the past few years, and of the ones I have seen, three had PS of the style you are looking for, and none of the owners would ever part with the PS setups.
I do have a 3 speed overdrive truck in my garage (the only one I have ever seen), and I have seen a few automatic 57-60 trucks in my day.
PB are MUCH more common, but even that is almost always found on bigger trucks.
