The actual sheetmetal is the same for both set-ups except that the 251 get a pair of grill extensions(two pieces of sheetmetal that stick the grill out two inches further).
The differences are in the radiator and the formed steel frame it mounts in and the lower radiator mount on the front crossmember. Totally different set-up from 230 to 251 there, the 251 set-up moves the radiator forward and lowers it(has a different style mount on the crossmember).
I'm at the firehall today but will look through my pics tomorrow and see if I have any that show the differences a little better.
