Front angle iron (1/8" thick) crossmember (tank support) is 1 1/2" x 2" x 39 1/2".
Rear angle iron (1/8" thick) crossmember (tank support) is 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" x 39 1/2".
I measured the angle iron on the outside.

So how much are you missing? Do you have the tank and straps? You should holes in the frame for the mounting bolts.
