Selling my M37 to an overseas buyer

All,

Is anyone familar with a possible scam involved in purchasing military vehicles from an overseas broker who has someone in the US send you a cashier's check that far exceeds the purchase price and requests that you send the balance to their shipper in London.

I received an offer on my M37 with these terms and I am a bit wary. Any help is appreciated.
