Hi Terry
I used 3/4" copper in my shop. I think son=me folks shy away from copper simply because they arent comfortable with sweating the joints. I taught the boys in my Scout Troop how to sweat pipes a couple of weeks ago and they all picked it right up. What I am getting at is if you dont know how, it wont take you long to learn. I would be happy to give you some pointers on sweating and or pipe layout if you need them. Although alot easier to install, I agree with the earlier warnings about PVC. Good luck, Tim
