Not only can I use the defense fund contributions, but the "Private lands conservancy' can use donations of any amount in oreder to continue to buy up 'public lands' and KEEP them public!! This is what they have done with the Jarbidge Campground!
The USFS had leased it for years, then the property came up for sale and the group beat the USFS at purchasing it!! Right now..the USFS is threatening to remove the outhouse, water well, and other improvements!! I would suppose in order to make the campground un-usable!! The Private Lands Conservancy is
dedicated to buying up available campgrounds and other 'public' lands in order to protect them from the Government Beaurocarcy!! And make them places available for all to use freely!! They need OUR HELP!! Please send contributions to:
