It sounds like they might have a DNS issue at the local ISP where you hook up. Usually they get resolved in 24 hours or so, but you can also try using the IP address to access the webpage

I use a hosts file that stops most of the ads you see on web pages, and I also use it to resolve some of the most common IP addresses that I go to (it makes web pages load a LOT faster).
