I just got back from the run in Jarbidge with John, Molly,"Digger" Dan his wife Linda,My self and my wife Shari. We drove on the "Forbidden Road" all the way to the outhouse at the end of the road with John's PW, and Dan's M-37 my 61' wasn't ready for the trip so we brought our 25' home away from home with us.
Quite a few dignitaries from Nevada,a spokesman from the Blue Ribbon Coalition made the trip also and not a single Enviros or Forest Service rep. was present.
From what I gathered this road is now under control of the county NOT the FS and is open to the public for all to drive on !, but you will need a good 4X4 like a PW.
I have some pictures of the trip but I don't have a clue how to post on this forum so I'm going to send them to Joe and hopefully he will post them on the forum for all to enjoy. Ken
