If the engine was recently re-built, the rebuilder should have coated all the moving parts with a pre-lube. It's a really thick substance like bar oil for your chainsaw. I would put a bit of marvel mystery oil down each sparkplug hole, and crank it up. The pre lube should protect the surfaces for the few seconds before they actually get engine 30wt oil.
