I work as a technical analyst for a cash management software company in Waltham, MA. Been here for 15 years, but the home office in Millwaukee is planning to sunset our product. Probably the last opportunity for a career change when that happens as I'll be pushing 50. Getting the acreage a lot of you folks dream about (and have) is nearly impossible where I live, unless want an 1+ hour commute (one way). Lots of small houses on 1/3 acre lots selling for $350,000. Any new house on a mandatory acre is $500,000 and up.
Happy with my two Dodge WC's, two high school daughters and beatiful wife of 21 years.
