Dodge Flathead truck engine

I have come into the possession of a Dodge flathead truck engine(at least it came out of a Dodge truck)and it has dual exhaust which does look more professional than the split manifolds I have done over the years. Yesterday I was at a tractor show in Salina Kansas and met someone who said there was an engine produced for Dodge trucks which had dual exhaust outlets.

What I need is to contact an expert on these engines so any assistance you can offer would be appreciated very much. I have been doing GM 6's for a long time and now back into a couple of Mopar's flatheads again now also.
