They did a 4 x 4 version of the 1934 1.5 ton truck, Uncle Sam paid $800 for it as opposed to $600 for the 4 x 2 version, don't have a production quantity though it's liable to be quite low.

Next model was the TF 40x4 in 1939 (a few hundred - I think DC has one) then the VF 1.5 ton and VC half ton in 1940 (by the way that red one higher up the question is sitting on ordinary WC axles - so it could be a 1941 WC with a VC nose or a 1940 VC with later axles. It might be 1939, but the cab and axles aren't)

First non-military 4 x 4 would be the 1946 WDX but that's too new-fangled for me.
