Rhode Island Wiring has one for a 1957-58 D100. 2 problems I found with it is. (1) You have to convert the headlight wires to be able to connect dual headlights unless you are fortunate enough to have an early 1958 Texas truck which was one of the last states to adopt the dual headlight change over (2) The wiring instructions are a nightmare to read unless you have a degree in wiring which Mark H would most likely be able to read. The ends are not tagged and you must follow the gauge size and wire color also for dual tail lights you will have to make a crossover as well.
