Mark. I have a '68 W300 and it has 6 lugs. I think '69 was the first year converted to 8 lug. You would have to make a lot of conversions to change everything over. Have you considered having an adaptor built that would bolt up to the 6lug drum and convert to 8lugs for the wheels? It might require a small extra offset for the bolting to take place, but I have seen it done on an older Ford with the Napco conversion. A good machine shop should be able to handle the project.
