Really the first thing to do would be to learn to drive what you have. I have always said that you should be able to do what you want with your own stuff. BUT I would hesitate to chop up any good old truck. Putting all the modern whiz-bang stuff under a power wagon would mean that it is no longer a power wagon. I have owned both PW and unimogs. The unimog was more capable, but the PW was just plain fun. I thought there was a company making fiberglass PW shells. I think that would be the way to go. No sense in using old parts just to keep a certain look. Either way will be neat, if this thing really gets built would be nice to see
