This is the short version since I am doing the one handed typing.
Rancher goes out to check his water tanks. There are 3 guys there tearing down his fences and messing up his well. Rancher tells em to leave they get in an argument. Guys wont leave rancher get mad, ends up throwing a rock at their car. They get back out of car. They all get in a fight. Rancher kicks all thee sets of asses. The 3 guys get the police and file assault charges on the rancher. Rancher was in John’s shoes. He didn’t have time or money for a court battle. So he pleads guilty to some kind of misdemeanor with a fine. Well now that he plead guilty to that the eco nazis are going after him civilly. Also the icing on the cake is that one of the 3 is considered mentally retarded. So you can guess how that looks. Never mind that the guys were trespassing, or destroying private property. Yep they have fancy lawyers. Another gripe, our government can catch terrorists half a world away and the FBI can’t catch a bunch of punk college kids burning SUV’s what’s up with that
