The question is who sent then and why. Obviously the dispute on the access to the road is still up in the air. Is the land you traveled on wilderness or not? We all guilty as you have been charged as we have all left tire prints off the designated road bed. Wonder if they will come and visit me because I pull off the dirt road when I go hunting so that I do not block the road. I have done that many times on federal land.
Oh by the way do they have proof that you damaged the environment? Do they have tire prints and can they tie to exact tire prints to any of the vehicles that you lead. I think not since they waited several monts to come after you. They do have to prove that you actually did damage and that it was actually you that did it.
