frank , my wdx has cast steel pedal pivots and steel plate transfer case mounts. i assume these to be original as i have a pretty good knowledge of it's history. my wdx is serial # 648 so i'm not sure how the bronze parts would fit into the production sequence. also, i believe my truck may have also came with mechanical governor as it has a cast steel 2 groove pulley and the tell tale holes under the glove box for mounting the control lever. this is all speculation of course as all the parts are missing except the pulley. i'm also told that these early pw's may have come with all these preparations from the factory so the dealer could mount these options if purchased by the consumer. just my 2 cents worth, jim .
