My personal opinion is that the Lubriplate is closest to what was originally in there.
90 weight is definitely too thin if you have felt seals.
I think if Dodge meant for that knuckle to be full the grease fitting would be on the bottom & the level plug/vent plug would be on the top. That's just my guess...Clint has certainly got way more experience with P/W's than I. I'm just going by what I've seen on other vehicles & something just doesn't seem right about the placement of that vent if indeed they intended for the knuckle to be full. I've used grease & as I said in my first post, I believe it will work well for a vintage vehicle that's driven a few times per year. If I planned to work my truck regularly, I'd stick with a thinner grease like the Lubriplate & I'd check the level often.
That's my educated guess!
