I appreciate the details on your 2010. My brother says I will have to get used to backing up hills.
Some folks have said they really liked their 1010s, but I have also read that all the "new generation" machines were the worst JD ever put out. I hope my experience with the 1010 runs more along the lines of Jonas' digger, but we'll see. Previous owner did the engine and clutch so I'm hoping I can keep it running (for cheap) long enough to get my projects done. If not, I told the wife it will make a nice lawn ornament.
