That's a wierd one. Can you see the fan hit the rad if you watch it while you rev up the engine? Does the belt slot on the water pump still align with the crank pulley? I'm thinking if the water pump doesn't turn, it must have seized up, and if it seized up it might have moved forward too. Other than that, any chopped up residue of small animals in there any place?
