I think the overriding factor here is your ability or inability to remove them. Considering they are likely the originals, you will probably have, at the very minimum, enormous difficulty removing them. Use a lot of penetrating oil, wire brush the threads below the nuts, better yet, run a die over the threads to clean them, and figure it will be a massive effort. Try one or two, and they will tell you what happens next.

I have never had any problems with any spring mounting U-bolts that I have reused that were reasonably easy to disassemble. I have always run a die over the threads on the ones I felt were good candidates for removal. And I have never had any that I reused subsequently loosen. The ones that loosen may have had a lot of thread wear resulting from running the nuts forcibly off over rusty threads.

See if all of them are the same, because if you have more than one kind, you want good samples of each. I like to hacksaw my samples off, and then the rest of them I would just cut off with a torch.
