These motors both appear to be drivers side motors. I'm trying to determine what would prevent me from using one on the passenger side. I know that they have different part numbers just wondering what exactly is the difference? (The top one I'm considering purchasing; the bottom one is from my '55 C3-PW drivers side)
The diagram in the VPW catalog appears to show a passenger side motor, the handle and vacuum tube are mounted on the right side (when viewed from the inside of the cab).
Also, the motor at the top has a 5L on the top of the housing the motor at the bottom has a 7L in the same location. Any significance?
